Installing the NortonCashTM Money Transfer Platform only requires Internet connectivity and standard personal computers at users' workstations (tellers, treasury and system administration). We provide technical training to system support and training personnel and provide access to a training system.

User Support
NortonCashTM Money Transfer Platform provides technical and user support seven days per week. We maintain our own software development and maintenance staff. A three-tier user Help Desk is accessible via telephone, e-mail or instant messenger to ensure a timely response to customer problems or enquiries from users.
